以前にもご紹介しましたが当館のお客様にお出しするお米は平戸市春日地区にある契約の棚田米です。

４月に田植えをして８月末には美味しい新米をお届けする予定です。

又、当館のお料理には全て新鮮で安全な地野菜を使用、お子様からお年寄りまで安心して美味しく頂けるよう日々、地道な努力を重ねています。
